First Blog Post & Important Media Release!

Welcome to my first blog post of 2024!

 

I am a newly registered Realtor® with many years of experience buying, selling and investing in Northumberland County and the Kawarthas.

Here, I will share current market updates, as well as offer some insight into the community, purchasing or selling a home, and the benefits of small-town living.

Today’s not-so-surprising news predicted by many, is that the Bank of Canada, in their first decision of the year, has held interest rates steady at 5%, maintaining their benchmark for the 4th time in a row.  Changes are coming, but we are not quite there yet…
